Attended a Border Collie workshop led by Jess and have to say it was fab. She knows the breed really well having one herself and really dives into what drives them and how we can play to their instincts whilst avoiding unwanted behaviour. Well organised workshop with new games for my collie cross which we introduced into our daily walks the very next day. He really enjoys "working" with me and thanks to Jess we have now ways to exercise his body and brain at the same time without putting too much stress on his joints.

Jess at Taylored Training Tribe was great. The collie workshop was really useful to try lots of different activities and she tweaked them to work out what was best for each dog individually. Also very practical training that is easy to pick up at home and out and about on walks.

Jess is very knowledgeable and supportive! She really understands collies as a breed and their needs. Our dog has always been very challenging for us and he also has a bag of behavior problems. Training with Jess has made our dogs more manageable in our daily lives. Both of my dogs absolutely love Jess. Would highly recommend Jess, she is amazing!

Jess has really helped us with our hyperactive, anxious and reactive border collie/terrier cross called Bonnie. She taught us some brilliant strategies to help her become more of a calm dog in the home. The settle work in particular has been a god sent!! We have learnt soo much about why Bonnie reacts and behaves the way she does, which has then really helped us know what to focus on in her training! We didn’t really have a clue before this and all the information we searched online can be so contradicting and overwhelming. We have really enjoyed the 1:1 sessions and it has been lovely to see the progress Bonnie has made. Thank you Jess!!

With Jess' help our border collie went from a highly distracted dog that couldn't see another dog on lead without planting and refusing to move/not being able to go off lead as we couldn't recall him from other dogs to a super star dog. Recently he has called off a deer that we randomly met in a field, plays in the park off lead ignoring other dogs, can be in agility class sniffing for treats at the side while others are running and got a first place in an agility steeplechase class. The 1:1 sessions, 24/7 support and online videos were all super helpful in staying on top of the training and progressing more than we expected.

Working with Jess has been great. I found 121s in person were what I needed to help with the issues we had. Jess has given us the tools and techniques to deal with chasing/lunging at vehicles, and has also given us the confidence boost we needed. It's also been great to stay in touch to celebrate wins or get extra support when frustrations arose.
